HOUSE BILL NO. 5885

A bill to repeal 2016 PA 281, entitled

"Medical marihuana facilities licensing act,"

(MCL 333.27101 to 333.27801).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. The medical marihuana facilities licensing act, 2016 PA 281, MCL 333.27101 to 333.27801, is repealed effective March 1, 2026.

Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No.____ (request no. 01897'23) of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.
