HOUSE BILL No. 5897

 

November 6, 2014, Introduced by Rep. Tlaib and referred to the Committee on Energy and Technology.

 

     A bill to amend 1972 PA 227, entitled

 

"An act to provide financial assistance, advisory services and

reimbursement of certain expenses to persons displaced from real

property or deprived of certain rights in real property; and to

repeal certain acts and parts of act,"

 

by amending section 11 (MCL 213.331).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 11. Act No. 95 of the Public Acts of 1971, being sections

 

213.341 to 213.344 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is repealed.This

 

act does not apply to persons affected by proceedings under the

 

multiple-dwelling complex cable access act.

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5896 (request no.

 

01423'13) of the 97th Legislature is enacted into law.
