A bill to amend 1975 PA 148, entitled

"Debt management act,"

by repealing section 9 (MCL 451.419).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 9 of the debt management act, 1975 PA 148, MCL 451.419, is repealed.
