SENATE BILL No. 189

 

 

February 23, 2017, Introduced by Senator JOHNSON and referred to the Committee on Regulatory Reform.

 

 

 

      A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

 

"State license fee act,"

 

(MCL 338.2201 to 338.2277) by adding section 33.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

 1        Sec. 33. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as a

 

 2  security guard agency under article 14A of the occupational code,

 

 3  MCL 339.1421 to 339.1443, are as follows:

 

 

4		(a)	Application processing fees.............    $250.00.
5		(b)	License fees, per year...................    500.00.

 

 

 6        Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect January

 

 7  1, 2018.

 1        Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

 2  unless all of the following bills of the 99th Legislature are

 

 3  enacted into law:

 

 4        (a) Senate Bill No. 186.                                     

 

 5            

 

 6        (b) Senate Bill No. 188.                                     

 

 7              

 

 8        (c) Senate Bill No. 187.
