SENATE BILL NO. 320

A bill to amend 1986 PA 268, entitled

"Legislative council act,"

(MCL 4.1101 to 4.1901) by adding section 104b.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 104b. The council shall make each written statement received under section 364 of the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1364, available to the public on the internet as soon as practicable after receiving the written statement.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 319 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.
