     A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

 

"State license fee act,"

 

by repealing section 15 (MCL 338.2215), as amended by 2012 PA 308.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 15 of the state license fee act,

 

1979 PA 152, MCL 338.2215, is repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless Senate Bill No. 513                                    

 

          of the 97th Legislature is enacted into law.
