A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled
"The management and budget act,"
(MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 449.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 449. Beginning October 1, 2015, a state agency shall not
use state funds to advertise or otherwise encourage enrollment in
the Healthy Michigan plan. As used in this section, the "Healthy
Michigan plan" means the medical assistance plan described in
section 105d of the social welfare act, 1939 PA 280, MCL 400.105d.
