A bill to designate the Honor and Remember flag as the
official emblem of service and sacrifice of the state of Michigan.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 1. The Honor and Remember flag created by Honor and
Remember, Inc., is designated as this state's official emblem of
service and sacrifice for those in the United States Armed Forces
who have given their lives in the line of duty or as a result of
serving and for their families.
Enacting section 1. This act takes effect 90 days after the
date it is enacted into law.
