A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

by repealing section 43540e (MCL 324.43540e).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 43540e of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.43540e, is repealed.
