A bill to amend 1962 PA 150, entitled
"An act relating to solicitations for employment; to prohibit
recruitment of or advertising for employees to take the place of
employees engaged in a labor dispute without stating that the
employment offered is in place of employees involved in a labor
dispute; to prohibit the importation of strikebreakers; and to
provide penalties for violations of this act,"
by amending the title and by repealing section 3a (MCL 423.253a).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
TITLE
An act relating to solicitations for employment; to
prohibit
recruitment
of or advertising for employees to take the place of
employees
engaged in a labor dispute without stating that the
employment
offered is in place of employees involved in a labor
dispute;
to prohibit the importation or contracting for the
importation of strikebreakers from outside this state; and to
provide penalties for violations of this act.
Enacting section 1. Section 3a of 1962 PA 150, MCL 423.253a,
is repealed.
