1.2relating to natural resources; extending availability of Grass Lake appropriation;
1.3amending Laws 2006, chapter 258, section 9, subdivision 5.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Laws 2006, chapter 258, section 9, subdivision 5, is amended to read:
1.7To acquire conservation easements, reroute
1.8County Ditch 23A, construct water control
1.9structures, and plant vegetation in order
1.10to restore the Grass Lake prairie wetland
1.11basin adjacent to the city of Willmar
1.12in Kandiyohi County. Notwithstanding
1.13Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642, the
1.14bond authorization and appropriation of bond
1.15proceeds for this project are available until
1.16December 31, 2012.
1.17EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
