1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CENTRAL IRON RANGE SANITARY SEWER
1.6DISTRICT.
1.7$10,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the clean water fund to
1.8the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to the Central Iron
1.9Range Sanitary Sewer District to protect, enhance, and restore water quality, to protect
1.10groundwater from degradation, and to protect drinking water sources.
