1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2010, Second Special Session chapter 1, article 1, section 9,
1.7subdivision 5, is amended to read:
1.9To provide cost share for the renovation or
1.10removal of publicly owned dams and for
1.11streambed restoration adjacent thereto in the
1.12DR-1941 area under Minnesota Statutes,
1.13sections103G.511 and
103G.515 .
1.14 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.15Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
1.3to the DR-1941 area;amending Laws 2010, Second Special Session chapter
1.41, article 1, section 9, subdivision 5.
