1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 1999, chapter 241, article 4, section 25, as amended by Laws 2011,
1.7First Special Session chapter 11, article 4, section 7, is amended to read:
1.8 Subd. 4. Independent School District No. 831, Forest Lake. Independent School
1.9District No. 831, Forest Lake, is eligible for the alternative facilities revenue program
1.10under Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.59, for the purposes of financing school facilities
1.11in the district.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2013.
