1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. REPEALER.
1.6Minnesota Statutes 2010, sections 298.227; and 298.28, subdivision 9a, are repealed.
1.7EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for distributions in 2013 and
1.8thereafter, for taxes on production in 2012 and thereafter.
