1.1A bill for an act
1.2relating to state government; providing for the continued existence of the Council
1.3on Affairs of Chicano/Latino People, Council on Black Minnesotans, Council on
1.4Asian-Pacific Minnesotans, Indian Affairs Council, and Council on Disabilities;
1.5amending Minnesota Statutes 2011 Supplement, section 3D.21, subdivision 1.
1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.7    Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2011 Supplement, section 3D.21, subdivision 1, is
1.8amended to read:
1.9    Subdivision 1. Group 1. The following agencies are sunset and, except as provided
1.10in section 3D.14, expire on June 30, 2012: Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board,
1.11Amateur Sports Commission, Combative Sports Commission, all health-related licensing
1.12boards listed in section 214.01, Council on Affairs of Chicano/Latino People, Council
1.13on Black Minnesotans, Council on Asian-Pacific Minnesotans, Indian Affairs Council,
1.14Council on Disabilities, and all advisory groups associated with these agencies.
1.15EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
