1.2relating to veterans; designating a name for the state veterans cemetery at
1.3Camp Ripley;amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 197.236, by adding a
1.4subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 197.236, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 13. Camp Ripley cemetery. The commissioner shall designate the state
1.9veterans cemetery located at Camp Ripley to be known as the Alcuin G. Loehr Minnesota
1.10State Veterans Cemetery.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
