1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 97B.647, subdivision 3, is amended to read:
1.6 Subd. 3. Open areas. Except as provided under subdivision 8, the commissioner
1.7may by rule designate areas where wolves may be taken.
1.8 Sec. 2. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 97B.647, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.9to read:
1.10 Subd. 8. Indian reservations closed. The commissioner shall designate all areas
1.11within the boundaries of Indian reservations closed to taking wolves.
