1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2008, chapter 296, article 1, section 25, the effective date, as amended
1.7by Laws 2010, chapter 333, article 1, section 33, is amended to read:
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective June 1,2012 2017.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.

1.4as amended.
