1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. REPEALER.
1.6Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 127A.50, is repealed.
1.7EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for revenue for fiscal year 2014
1.8and later.
