1.2relating to health; appropriating money to the commissioner of health to provide

1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER SUBSIDIES.
1.6$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.7commissioner of health to provide subsidies to federally qualified health centers under
1.8Minnesota Statutes, section 145.9269. This appropriation is in addition to existing funding
1.9for that purpose and is added to the base funding for the subsidy program.
