1.2relating to state lands; authorizing conveyance of certain surplus state land.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. CONVEYANCE OF SURPLUS STATE LAND; HENNEPIN COUNTY.
1.5(a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16B.281 to 16B.287, or other
1.6law, administrative rule, or commissioner's order to the contrary, the commissioner of
1.7administration may convey to Hennepin County for no consideration the real property at
1.88941 Portland Avenue South, Bloomington, Minnesota, described in paragraph (c). The
1.9commissioner of administration may add conditions to the conveyance of the property
1.10deemed to be in the interest of the state.
1.11(b) The conveyance shall be in a form approved by the attorney general and
1.12subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.695. Notwithstanding any law, regulation, or
1.13ordinance to the contrary, the instrument of conveyance to Hennepin County may be
1.14recorded in the office of the Hennepin County recorder without compliance with any
1.15subdivision requirement.
1.16(c) The land to be conveyed is located in Hennepin County and is described as: Lots
1.1712, 13, and 14, Block 2, BISCHOFF 1ST ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
1.18subject to right-of-way for Portland Avenue South, East 90th Street, and all recorded
1.19easements.
1.20EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
