1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. DARVAN ACRES NATURE CENTER; DAKOTA COUNTY.
1.6(a) $....... is appropriated from the outdoor heritage fund to the commissioner of
1.7natural resources for a grant to Dakota County to acquire and restore approximately 250
1.8acres of land in Dakota County.
1.9(b) $....... is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner
1.10of natural resources for a grant to Dakota County to predesign, design, and develop the
1.11Darvan Acres Nature Center to provide education and outdoor opportunities to preserve
1.12Minnesota's cultural heritage of outdoor recreation.
