1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.7 Section 1. REPEALER.
1.8Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256B.5012, subdivisions 12 and 13, and Laws
1.92011, First Special Session chapter 9, article 7, section 54, as amended by Laws 2012,
1.10chapter 247, article 4, section 42, Laws 2012, chapter 298, section 3, are repealed.
