1.2relating to public infrastructure grants; clarifying the use of funds appropriated;
1.3amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 116J.431, by adding a subdivision.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 116J.431, is amended by adding a
1.6subdivision to read:
1.7 Subd. 9. Use of appropriation. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary,
1.8money appropriated for the purposes of this section may be used only for the greater
1.9Minnesota business development public infrastructure grant program and may not be used
1.10for any other program or purpose.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
