A bill for an act

relating to courts; repealing timing objectives for criminal case dispositions;
repealing Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 631.021.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

    Section 1. REPEALER.
Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 631.021, is repealed.
EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2011.
