1.2relating to transportation; designating Highway 14 as Black and Yellow Trail;
1.3amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.14, is amended by adding a
1.6subdivision to read:
1.7 Subd. 70. Black and Yellow Trail. Legislative Route No. 7, signed as Trunk
1.8Highway 14 as of the effective date of this section, from the border with South Dakota
1.9to the border with Wisconsin, is designated as the "Black and Yellow Trail." The
1.10commissioner shall adopt a suitable design to mark this highway and erect appropriate
1.11signs, subject to section 161.139.
1.3amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.
