1.2relating to arts and culture; appropriating money for the Board of the Arts;
1.3proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 129D.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. [129D.07] APPROPRIATION TO BOARD; ARTS AND CULTURAL
1.6HERITAGE FUND.
1.7Of the total resources available in the arts and cultural heritage fund, 50 percent each
1.8fiscal biennium is appropriated to the Board of the Arts for purposes of this chapter. If the
1.9appropriation for either year of the fiscal biennium is insufficient, the appropriation for
1.10the other year is available.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment
1.12and applies to appropriations made in the 2012-2013 fiscal biennium and thereafter.
