1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; EWORKPLACE TELEWORK PROGRAM.
1.5$2,400,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 from the highway user tax distribution
1.6fund to the commissioner of transportation for phase 2 of the eWorkPlace telework
1.7program. Program components include but are not limited to implementation planning,
1.8enhancement of tools and Web site content, informational research and development,
1.9expansion of employer participation, technical assistance, and performance measurement.
1.10This appropriation is available in fiscal years 2014 and 2015.
