1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; COMMUNITY OFFENDER REENTRY
1.6PROGRAM.
1.7$150,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $150,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.8from the general fund to the commissioner of public safety for a grant to the community
1.9offender reentry program for assisting individuals to transition from incarceration to the
1.10communities in and around Duluth, including assistance in finding housing, employment,
1.11educational opportunities, counseling, and other resources. This is a onetime appropriation.
