1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. PROHIBITION OF USE OF STATE RESOURCES FOR
1.6MILEAGE-BASED USER FEE.
1.7The commissioner of transportation shall not utilize state funds or resources to study,
1.8test, demonstrate, evaluate, or promote a potential mileage-based user fee or to contract
1.9for the performance of these prohibited activities.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
