1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. FISHING PIER ON LONG LAKE; STEARNS COUNTY.
1.6The commissioner of natural resources shall issue a permit to a nonstate entity to
1.7construct a fishing pier on Long Lake in Stearns County.
