1.2relating to alcohol; allowing an on-sale license for a golf course in Golden Valley.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. SPECIAL LICENSE; GOLDEN VALLEY.
1.5Notwithstanding any law or ordinance to the contrary, the city of Golden Valley
1.6may issue an on-sale license to a golf course that is located at 200 Brookview Parkway
1.7and is owned by the city.
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective upon approval by the Golden Valley
1.9City Council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
