1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$250,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2013 from the general fund to the
1.7commissioner of human services to be transferred to the Aliveness Project of Minneapolis
1.8for providing health and wellness services to individuals. This is a onetime appropriation
1.9and is not added to the base.
