1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$1,100,000 in fiscal year 2012 is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.7commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the nonprofit
1.8organization selected to administer the demonstration project for high-risk adults under
1.9Laws 2007, chapter 54, article 1, section 19, in order to complete the project. This is
1.10a onetime appropriation. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.28, this
1.11appropriation is available until June 30, 2013.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
