1.2relating to MNsure; modifying the compensation of the board members;
1.3amending Minnesota Statutes 2013 Supplement, section 62V.04, subdivision 12.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2013 Supplement, section 62V.04, subdivision 12, is
1.6amended to read:
1.7 Subd. 12. Compensation.(a) The board members shall be paid a salary not to
1.8exceed the salary limits established under section
15A.0815, subdivision 4. The salary for
1.9board members shall be set in accordance with this subdivision and section
15A.0815,
1.10subdivision 5. This paragraph expires December 31, 2015.
1.11(b) Beginning January 1, 2016, The board members may be compensated in
1.12accordance with section15.0575 .
1.13EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
