1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. EDUCATING TOMORROW'S SUSTAINABLE FOOD PRODUCERS
1.6PILOT PROGRAM.
1.7$....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 from the general fund to the commissioner
1.8of agriculture for a grant to the University of Minnesota Morris for the development and
1.9implementation of a three-year sustainable food production degree pilot program. No later
1.10than January 15, 2015, the commissioner must report to the legislative committees with
1.11jurisdiction over agriculture finance and higher education on the status of the development
1.12and implementation of the sustainable food production degree pilot program.
