1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. SOUTHERN MINNESOTA INITIATIVE FOUNDATION;
1.6APPROPRIATION.
1.7$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.8commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Southern
1.9Minnesota Initiative Foundation for business revolving loans or other lending programs.
1.10This is a onetime appropriation and is available until expended.
