1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. THE COMMONS; CITY OF EXCELSIOR.
1.6$5,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
1.7commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of Excelsior for improvements at
1.8The Commons in the city of Excelsior, including construction of a picnic shelter and bath
1.9house; improvements to the playground, softball field, and tennis courts; and shoreline
1.10and beach improvements.
