1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CAMP RIPLEY/VETERANS STATE TRAIL.
1.6$10,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the parks and trails fund to the
1.7commissioner of natural resources to design, acquire land for, and develop the Camp
1.8Ripley/Veterans State Trail, established in Minnesota Statutes, section 85.015, subdivision
1.928, in conjunction with the United States Department of Defense and the Minnesota
1.10Department of Transportation.
