1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; STATE CAPITOL BUILDING.
1.6$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated
1.7from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration to address
1.8the parlous condition of the State Capitol by providing for the maintenance and historic
1.9restoration of this culturally and historically significant structure that belongs to all
1.10Minnesotans.
1.3for the State Capitol building.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
