1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. REPEALER.
1.7Minnesota Statutes 2010, sections 144.602; 144.603; 144.604, subdivisions 1 and 2;
1.8144.605; and 144.606, are repealed.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
