1.2relating to capital improvements; appropriating money to upgrade the electrical
1.3system of the Yellow Medicine County Agriculture and Transportation Museum;
1.4authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. YELLOW MEDICINE COUNTY AGRICULTURE AND
1.7TRANSPORTATION MUSEUM; APPROPRIATION.
1.8 Subdivision 1. Appropriation. $200,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds
1.9fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to
1.10Yellow Medicine County to upgrade the electrical system of the Yellow Medicine County
1.11Agriculture and Transportation Museum.
1.12 Subd. 2. Bond sale. To provide the money appropriated in subdivision 1 from the
1.13bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue
1.14bonds of the state in an amount up to $200,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with
1.15the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the
1.16Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
1.17 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.18Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
