1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. PROBATION SUPERVISION, COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ACT
1.5SYSTEM.
1.6$2,311,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $2,311,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.7from the general fund to the commissioner of corrections to be added to the Community
1.8Corrections Act subsidy, as described in Minnesota Statutes, section 401.14.
1.9 Sec. 2. PROBATION SUPERVISION, COUNTY PROBATION OFFICERS
1.10SYSTEM.
1.11$254,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $254,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.12from the general fund to the commissioner of corrections to be added to the county
1.13probation officers reimbursement base, as described in Minnesota Statutes, section 244.19,
1.14subdivision 6.
