1.2relating to alcohol; allowing White Bear Township to issue liquor licenses.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. WHITE BEAR TOWNSHIP; AUTHORITY TO ISSUE LICENSES.
1.5Notwithstanding any law or ordinance to the contrary, White Bear Township may
1.6issue all on-sale and off-sale liquor licenses for establishments within their jurisdiction.
1.7Licenses issued under this provision must comply with all the requirements of Minnesota
1.8law.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
