1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Kyle Richard Lemke for receiving the Eagle Award.
1.3WHEREAS, the Eagle Award is the highest award given by the Boy Scouts of America; and
1.4WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle in the Boy Scouts is an important achievement
1.5that is worthy of recognition; and
1.6WHEREAS, Kyle Richard Lemke is a member of Boy Scouts of America and has
1.7displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.8WHEREAS, he has demonstrated mastery of all scouting skills and completed a
1.9community service project, which involved painting and restoring the Avon parish center
1.10gymnasium so it could be used for youth basketball and other activities; and
1.11WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held; NOW, THEREFORE,
1.12BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it congratulates Kyle
1.13Richard Lemke for receiving the Eagle Award.
1.14BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.15copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.16Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Kyle Richard Lemke.
