SB 1367 - The act repeals provisions stating that certain county commissions and health center boards shall not promulgate rules, orders, or regulations that impose standards or requirements on an agricultural operation and its appurtenance that are inconsistent with, different from, or more stringent than any provision in current law.
The act is identical to HB 375 (2024).
