SB 1474 - The act adds to the list of documents accepted by the Department of Revenue for applicants to obtain a veteran designation on his or her driver's license. The statute is also modified so that the military discharge documents acceptable for this purpose are not limited to those specifically listed.
This act is identical to provisions in the truly agreed to and finally passed HCS/SS/SCS/SB 912 (2024).
