AN ACT

To amend chapter 476, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to courthouse security.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 476, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 476.085, to read as follows:

            476.085. Any attorney licensed in the state of Missouri who presents a current valid Missouri Bar membership card to court security personnel shall not be subject to any court security screening measures or activities conducted at the St. Louis County Courthouse.
