AN ACT
To repeal section 192.310, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to local health departments.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Section 192.310, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 192.310, to read as follows:
192.310. Nothing in sections 192.260 to 192.320 shall apply to any home rule city with more than sixty-four thousand but fewer than seventy-one thousand inhabitants, or cities which now have, or may hereafter have, a population of seventy-five thousand or over which are maintaining organized health; provided, that such cities shall furnish the department of health and senior services reports of contagious, infectious, communicable or dangerous diseases, which have been designated by them as such and such other statistical information as the board may require.
